These terms explain the rules for using Vibgyor. By creating an account, you agree to them. We keep them short and fair.

This is a plain-language policy provided for transparency. Please have it reviewed by a qualified legal professional in your jurisdiction before relying on it for compliance.

1. Who can use Vibgyor

You must be 18 years or older to use Vibgyor. It is an adult, inclusive community platform for LGBTQAI+ people and allies across India.

2. Your account

Keep your login secure and your information honest. You are responsible for activity on your account. Impersonation, fake profiles, and accounts created to harm others are not allowed.

3. How you must behave

Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, non-consensual content, and sharing anyone's private information (including outing someone) are strictly prohibited. See our Community Guidelines.

4. Content you share

You own your content. By posting, you give Vibgyor permission to display it within the app so the service works. You must have the right to share anything you post.

5. Safety & moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or our guidelines. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Free service

Core dating, social, and community features are free. If we ever add optional paid extras, we will be clear about it — the core stays free.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will note the date at the top and, for major changes, tell you in the app.
